SMS Voting, SMS Messages
We have developed a system that allows quick, accurate and reliable display of SMS voting progress. We can handle the entire voting process from loading data from an aggregator through processing, evaluation and display in less than one second! The process is fully automated with the possibility of multiple backups, including communication routes. We have the tested the communication with the biggest Czech and Slovak aggregators.
Voting Course Supervision
A notary or other supervisory body is provided with a monitor to supervise the course of the whole contest. The supervisory body can choose a numeric, graphic or combined display format. Current data, which match the data in the main system, are displayed in every moment. Each change is recorded to the database. After the voting has finished, various reports on the progress and final status can be printed.
Tables and Charts
We will prepare visual display of voting according to your requirements. The data on the course of SMS voting are always current; the update is done automatically, including sorting, re-calculation, graphic representation etc. Operator's mistake is ruled out this way. At a request, a chart is displayed immediately with current data without any further preparation. There is always the largest increase of SMS votes after displaying the current order, when a viewer wants to change the position of his/her favourite.
Various Forms of Running Status Display
Continuous crawl with a contestant name, an SMS number, the number of votes or percentages are often used for uninterrupted display of running status of SMS voting. Displaying the growing number of votes or percentage for a contestant during performance will indicate if viewers like the performance. This process of running status display is fully automatized the same way as with charts and tables an it is always available with the current data.
SMS Messages
SMS messages are most often displayed in a continuous crawl. It is necessary to check their content. The first check is for specified words (mostly vulgarisms). It is followed by a check by an operator, who can delete the whole message, an inappropriate word or to correct grammatical errors. An SMS message is included into a "queue" only after operator's confirmation. The number of operators to control the content of SMS messages is arbitrary. Operators can check messages one after another or in parallel, if it is necessary to speed up checking. The speed of SMS message displaying can be automatically adjusted according to the number of messages included in the "queue".
